Summary

Establishes funding mechanism for activities related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics education and activities related to career and technical education that can lead to high wage and high demand jobs. Directs Teacher Standards and Practices Commission and Department of Education to advance policy on career and technical education in specified manners. Directs Oregon Education Investment Board to develop and maintain website for teachers of career and technical education. Directs Department of Education to administer pilot program to increase students' exposure and access to career and technical education. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2015.
