Summary

This Act requires the DEQ to study PFAS. (Flesch Readability Score: 92.9). Requires the Department of Environmental Quality to study perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the environment no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
