Summary
Requires Legislative Revenue Officer to study changes necessary to make timber tax revenue in Oregon equivalent to timber tax revenue in neighboring states. Requires Legislative Revenue Officer to report results of study to interim revenue committees of Legislative Assembly on or before September 15, 2016. Sunsets January 2, 2017.
