Summary
Permits person 18 years of age or older to operate motorcycle without wearing approved motorcycle helmet if person has motor vehicle liability insurance that provides personal injury protection benefits. Creates offense of failure to carry proof of personal injury protection benefits. Punishes by maximum fine of $1,000.
