Summary

Requires certain information regarding businesses that are allowed property tax exemptions to be submitted to Oregon Department of Administrative Services for posting on Oregon transparency website and to Oregon Business Development Department for reporting during odd-year regular sessions to House and Senate committees related to revenue. Applies to property tax years beginning on or after July 1, 2016. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
