Directs Department of Consumer and Business Services to conduct study on effectiveness of laws establishing processes and procedures for pharmacy benefit managers. Requires department to make report of findings and submit report to interim committee related to health care no later than September 15, 2015. Sunsets on date of convening of 2016 regular session of Legislative Assembly. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
