Summary
Directs Administrator of the Division of Child Support of the Department of Justice to conduct statewide study regarding child support no later than July 1, 2018. Requires administrator to submit report regarding study to interim legislative committees no later than November 1, 2018. Sunsets January 1, 2019. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
