Summary
Includes physician assistant, naturopathic physician and nurse practitioner in definition of "attending provider" who has primary responsibility for treatment of person diagnosed with debilitating medical condition. Removes requirement that "debilitating medical condition" be approved by Oregon Health Authority for treatment with medical use of marijuana. Allows health care professional whose scope of practice includes administration of pharmaceuticals to administer medical marijuana product to registry identification cardholder. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
