Summary
Increases share of moneys retained by Oregon Racing Commission from payments received by commission from gross receipts of mutuel wagering recorded by totalizator system. Increases Oregon Racing Commission expenditure limit for biennium beginning July 1, 2015, to allow distribution of retained moneys. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2015.
