Summary
Requires Housing and Community Services Department, in certifying tax credits for affordable housing loans, to give priority to projects that develop affordable housing for sponsoring entities' employees who are direct care workers or human service workers. Applies to loans made on or after January 1, 2020. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
