Summary

The Act says vehicle dealers may issue trip permits for RVs bought by those who live out of Oregon and plan to title the RV in a state that is not Oregon. (Flesch Readability Score: 63.3). Allows vehicle dealers to issue recreational vehicle trip permits that are valid for 30 consecutive days if the vehicle is bought by a person who does not reside in Oregon and does not intend to title the vehicle in Oregon.
