Summary

Keeps one party to a franchise agreement from telling the other party when the other party must do business. Takes effect 91 days after the session ends. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.5). Prohibits agreements between franchisors and franchisees from requiring franchisees to conduct business during hours or days the franchisee deems unprofitable or unsafe or on religious holidays. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
