Summary
Directs Department of Veterans' Affairs to enter into contract to conduct statewide study regarding delivery and use of, and barriers to access to, health care and medical services for women veterans no later than July 1, 2016. Requires department to submit report regarding study to interim legislative committees no later than November 1, 2016. Sunsets January 2, 2017. Increases appropriation from General Fund to department for 2015-2017 biennium for purpose of contracting to conduct study. Declares emergency, effective on passage] July 1, 2015.
