Summary

The Act tells the ADPC and SOCAC to study ways to improve treatment services for youth with two or more diagnoses. (Flesch Readability Score: 68.6). Directs the Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission, in collaboration with the System of Care Advisory Council, to study needed treatment and recovery services for youth with co-occurring diagnoses and the barriers to accessing and receiving holistic services. Requires the commission and the council to report to the Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
