Summary

Removes requirement that intimate image be disclosed through Internet website for crime of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image. Defines "identifiable" for purposes of crime. Creates civil cause of action for certain persons injured by commission of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image. Modifies crime of harassment. Removes manner of committing crime by distributing visual recording of sexually explicit conduct of person under 18 years of age.
