Summary

Revises types of programs considered accelerated college credit programs for purpose of requirement that school districts provide accelerated college credit programs. Revises duties of Higher Education Coordinating Commission related to accelerated college credit programs. Establishes Task Force on Accelerated Learning. Prescribes duties of task force. Directs task force to submit progress and final reports to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to education. Sunsets task force on December 31, 2019. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
