Summary
Specifies circumstances under which Health Licensing Office is required or permitted to disclose information obtained during investigation of certain professions. Creates different standards for health-related professions and trade professions. Directs coordinated care organizations to make use of qualified health care interpreters. Changes qualifications to register as environmental health specialist and environmental health specialist trainee. Modifies membership composition of State Trauma Advisory Board, area trauma advisory boards and State Emergency Medical Service Committee. Allows Director of Oregon Health Authority to designate individual to appoint members to Advisory Committee on Physician Credentialing Information. For purposes of Oregon Health Authority collection of information related to cancer, applies law to borderline tumors of brain and central nervous system. Makes certain changes to programs for treating allergic response, adrenal insufficiency or hypoglycemia. Repeals sunset for Oregon Health Care Acquired Infection Reporting Program. Modifies composition of Health Care Acquired Infection Advisory Committee. Repeals obsolete health laws.
