Summary

Requires Legislative Administrator to establish and maintain database to catalog issues reported by constituents to members of Legislative Assembly, state agencies or other public bodies. Authorizes but does not require members of Legislative Assembly or Governor's office to report constituent issues for recording in database. Directs that database be searchable by members of Legislative Assembly and Governor's office. Requires Legislative Administrator to make annual report to Legislative Assembly and Governor on constituent issues and other specified information garnered from database. Applies to constituent issues reported on or after January 1, 2016. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
