Summary

Directs Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to establish pilot program for grant to fund creation of reserve officer training academy. Directs Office of Emergency Management to study and make recommendations regarding possible improvements to operations of office. Requires office to submit report on findings by January 1, 2021.] Appropriates moneys from General Fund to commission for pilot program. Sunsets pilot program on January 1, 2025. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
