Directs Department of Transportation and State Parks and Recreation Department to provide link from Department of Transportation website to State Parks and Recreation Department website to provide information about how to purchase day-use parking passes. Directs State Parks and Recreation Department to work with Department of Transportation and other state agencies to provide certain information at field offices of Department of Transportation.
