Summary

Extends sunset for additional personal exemption credit for taxpayer with severe disability. Provides for disallowance of credit if taxpayer's adjusted gross income exceeds $100,000. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2016. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
