Establishes Greater Oregon Housing Accelerator Program within Housing and Community Services Department. Allows department to assist local government efforts to increase workforce housing through technical assistance and direct funding] provide eligible recipients with grants or loans to develop workforce housing and with technical assistance or grants to develop workforce housing proposals. Establishes Greater Oregon Housing Account within Oregon Housing Fund to fund program.
