Summary

Reorganizes Oregon State Capitol Foundation as nonprofit corporation. Authorizes foundation to establish reasonably prudent funds and accounts and to engage in education and advice to promote policies and objectives of foundation. Directs Legislative Administrator to provide meeting space and administrative support to the foundation. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
