Summary
Modifies laws relating to advance directives to clarify that principal's delegation of authority to health care representative to withhold or withdraw certain treatments must be in writing in advance directive. Modifies laws relating to advance directives to clarify that principal's delegation of authority to health care representative to withhold or withdraw certain treatments must be in writing in advance directive. Makes temporary advance directive form permanent. Terminates Advance Directive Adoption Committee.
