A RESOLUTION

To change the date upon which the findings of the

Competitive Workers' Compensation Task Force must

be reported.

RESOLVED, That the deadline established in Senate Resolution	4
168 of the 128th General Assembly for the Competitive Workers'	5
Compensation Task Force to report its findings to the Governor,	6
the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President of	7
the Senate shall be extended from December 15, 2010, to June 30,	8
2011; and be it further	9

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit duly	10
authenticated copies of this resolution to the Co-Chairpersons of	11
the Competitive Workers' Compensation Task Force.	12
