BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 9.54 of the Revised Code be enacted | 4 |
to read as follows: | 5 |
Sec. 9.54. Whoever erects or replaces a sign containing the | 6 |
international symbol of access shall use forms of the word | 7 |
"accessible" rather than forms of the words "handicapped" or | 8 |
"disabled" whenever words are included on the sign. | 9 |
