BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.801 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.801. In addition to the designation in section | 7 |
5533.80 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as | 8 |
state route number ninety-three, commencing at the intersection of | 9 |
that route and United States route number thirty-six in Coshocton | 10 |
county and proceeding in a southerly direction to the boundary of | 11 |
Coshocton county and Muskingum county, shall be known as the | 12 |
"Chief Petty Officer Raymond A. Border Memorial Highway." | 13 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 14 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 15 |
