BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:| Section 1. That section 5.2288 of the Revised Code be enacted

| Sec. 5.2288. In order to increase the awareness of and to | 6 |

encourage helpful responses to multiple chemical sensitivity in | 7 |

the state, the month of May is designated as "Multiple Chemical | 8 |
