A BILL

To enact section 5.2265 of the Revised Code to

designate April 30 as "Dia De Los Ninos" or

"Children's Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2265 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2265. The thirtieth day of April is designated as "Dia	6
De Los Ninos" or "Children's Day" to recognize children as Ohio's	7
future, center, and priority, to promote the importance of linking	8
children to books, languages, and culture, and to honor the Latin	9
American tradition of celebrating this day.	10
