A RESOLUTION

Honoring Stehlin's Meat Marketon its One Hundredth Anniversary.

       WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Stehlin's Meat Market on the memorable occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary; and

       WHEREAS,  Stehlin's Meat Market is, indeed, deserving of high praise, for throughout a century of operation, this fine company has achieved a praiseworthy record of accomplishment. Established by John "Butch" Stehlin in 1913, the market was incorporated in 1962 and is currently run by the third generation of the family, including Butch's grandsons Ron, Dick, Denny, and John, and it has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers. Indeed, its success is a justifiable source of pride and a fine reflection not only on the business itself but also on the Stehlin family, on its hard-working employees, and on the Greater Cincinnati community; and 

       WHEREAS,  Over the years, Stehlin's Meat Market has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. We have no doubt that as this worthy enterprise maintains its dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to grow and prosper; and

       WHEREAS,  Over the years, the Stehlin family has epitomized America's entrepreneurial spirit, and it is through the contributions of businesses such as Stehlin's Meat Market that our state has gained a reputation as a friendly, productive, and pleasant place in which to live. We are certain that in years to come, the Stehlin family, as well as the dedicated individuals whom they employ, will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been the hallmark of their business; therefore be it

       RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Stehlin's Meat Market on its One Hundredth Anniversary and extend best wishes for continued success; and be it further

       RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Stehlin's Meat Market.
