A RESOLUTION

Relative to the election of the assistant minority leader, the minority whip, and the assistant minority whip for the 130th General Assembly of Ohio.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio have been advised that the caucus of Democratic members has chosen Matt Szollosi of House District #46 as assistant minority leader, Tracy Heard of House District #26 as minority whip, and Debbie Phillips of House District #94 as assistant minority whip; therefore be it

       RESOLVED, By the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly that Matt Szollosi be, and upon adoption of this resolution is, hereby elected to the office of assistant minority leader; that Tracy Heard be, and upon adoption of this resolution is, hereby elected to the office of minority whip; and that Debbie Phillips be, and upon adoption of this resolution is, hereby elected to the office of assistant minority whip.
