A BILL

To enact section 5534.35 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of United States Route 62

within Canton as the "USMC LCpl Stacy (Annie)

Dryden Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.35 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5534.35.  That portion of the road known as United	7
States route number sixty-two, commencing at the interchange of	8
that route with interstate route number seventy-seven and	9
proceeding in an easterly direction to the end of the entrance	10
ramp onto United States route sixty-two from Cleveland avenue	11
northwest, within the municipal corporation of Canton only, shall	12
be known as the "USMC LCpl Stacy (Annie) Dryden Memorial Highway."	13

The Director of Transportation may erect suitable markers	14
along the highway indicating its name.	15
