Assembly. | 1759 |
The appropriations made in this act are subject to all | 1760 |
provisions of the main appropriations act of the 130th General | 1761 |
Assembly that are generally applicable to such appropriations. | 1762 |
Section 7. This act is an emergency measure necessary for | 1763 |
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and | 1764 |
safety. The reason for such necessity is to adjust the salaries of | 1765 |
elected county officials and township trustees and fiscal officers | 1766 |
elected for terms beginning 2015 and thereafter and the salaries | 1767 |
of General Assembly members and statewide elected executive | 1768 |
officers for terms beginning 2017 and thereafter. Therefore, this | 1769 |
act goes into immediate effect. | 1770 |
