A BILL
To amend section 5533.774 of the Revised Code to 1
designate Interstate Route 75 as the "Tuskegee 2
Airmen Memorial Trail."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.774 of the Revised Code be 4
amended to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5533.774. (A)(1) That portion of the road known as state 6
route one hundred four, commencing at its intersection with United 7
States route twenty-three and extending to its intersection with 8
Lockbourne road, shall be known as the "Tuskegee Airmen Memorial 9
Highway."10

       (2) In addition to the designations in sections 5533.24 and 11
5533.241 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 12
interstate route seventy-five, running throughout Ohio in a 13
northerly and southerly direction, from the Michigan border in 14
Lucas county, through the counties of Wood, Hancock, Allen, 15
Auglaize, Shelby, Miami, Montgomery, Warren, and Butler, to the 16
Kentucky border in Hamilton county, shall be known as the 17
"Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Trail."18

       (B) The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 19
alongupon the designated portion of each highway indicating its 20
name.21

       Section 2.  That existing section 5533.774 of the Revised 22
Code is hereby repealed.23
