BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That sections 5533.321, 5533.356, and 5533.688 of | 10 |
|
the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows: | 11 |
| Sec. 5533.321. In addition to the respective designations in | 12 |
|
sections 5533.09 and 5533.32 of the Revised Code and any other | 13 |
|
name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of | 14 |
|
the highway known as interstate route number seventy-one, | 15 |
|
commencing at mile marker one hundred ninety-six and proceeding in | 16 |
|
a northerly direction to mile marker two hundred one within Wayne | 17 |
|
county only, shall be known as the "Army 1st Lieutenant John | 18 |
|
Runkle Memorial Highway." | 19 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 20 |
|
along the highway indicating its name. | 21 |
| Sec. 5533.356. That portion of the road known as United | 22 |
|
States route number two hundred fifty, commencing at the | 23 |
|
intersection of that United States route and county road number | 24 |
|
seven hundred fifty-eight and proceeding in a southerly direction | 25 |
|
to the intersection of that United States route and township road | 26 |
|
number eight hundred fifty-six, within Ashland county only, shall | 27 |
|
be known as the "Sheriff's Lieutenant John P. Gisclon Memorial | 28 |
|
Highway." | 29 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 30 |
|
along the highway indicating its name. | 31 |
| Sec. 5533.688. That portion of the road known as state route | 32 |
|
number one hundred seventy-nine, commencing at the intersection of | 33 |
|
that state route and College street within the municipal | 34 |
|
corporation of Hayesville and proceeding in an easterly and then | 35 |
|
southeasterly and then southerly direction to the intersection of | 36 |
|
that state route and township road number two thousand six hundred | 37 |
|
fifty, within Ashland county only, shall be known as the | 38 |
|
"Specialist Damon G. Winkleman Memorial Highway." | 39 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 40 |
|
along the highway indicating its name.
