To amend section 3327.15 of the Revised Code to increase the number of miles a school district board may authorize its motor vehicles for out-of-state travel.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:
SECTION 1. That section 3327.15 of the Revised Code be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 3327.15. The board of education of any school district
that owns and operates motor vehicles for transporting pupils may
permit such vehicles to be used outside this state for any lawful
purpose provided the entire distance traveled outside this state
on any trip does not exceed two hundred forty one thousand miles.
SECTION 2. That existing section 3327.15 of the Revised Code is hereby repealed.
