A BILL
To enact section 5.2294 of the Revised Code to 1
designate the Portage Lakes area in Summit County 2
the Purple Martin Capital of Ohio.3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.2294 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.2294.  The Portage lakes area in Summit county is 6
designated the purple martin capital of Ohio.7
