A BILL

To enact section 5.2265 of the Revised Code to

designate the second Thursday in July as "Ohio

Summer Learning Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2265 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2265. The second Thursday in July is designated as	6
"Ohio Summer Learning Day" to promote the importance of learning	7
throughout the summer, in recognition of the vital importance that	8
summer learning plays in a child's educational success.	9
