To enact section 5.2266 of the Revised Code to 1
designate September 10 as "Stephanie Tubbs Jones 2
Day."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.2266 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.2266.  The tenth day of September is designated as 6
"Stephanie Tubbs Jones Day," to honor her memory and her service 7
as a member of congress representing a portion of Cuyahoga county, 8
as the prosecuting attorney and a common pleas court judge of that 9
county, and as a judge of the Cleveland municipal court.10
