Bill Title: To authorize the Ohio Turnpike Commission to issue revenue bonds for infrastructure projects, to rename the Ohio Turnpike Commission as the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission, to repeal authority allowing the Director of Budget and Management and the Director of Transportation to execute a contract with a private entity for the purpose of outsourcing turnpike-related highway services, to make other changes in the law governing the Ohio Turnpike Commission, and to make an appropriation.
