Bill Title: To grant an emergency medical technician who is providing volunteer medical assistance to a county, township, or municipal SWAT team at the SWAT team's request the same civil immunity granted to a political subdivision employee and to permit such an emergency medical technician to carry a firearm onto, or possess a firearm on, lands and premises during the time that the technician is providing such medical assistance.
