Summary
To amend section 149.30 and to enact section 155.28 of the Revised Code to prohibit a war relic that is located on public property or on the property of a cemetery association from being sold or otherwise disposed of, or destroyed, relocated, removed, altered, or otherwise disturbed, except under certain circumstances.
