Summary

To amend section 3731.12 of the Revised Code to require hotels to provide a bed that is suitable for use with a portable lift in any room that the hotel holds out to be a sleeping room or suite that is accessible to the physically disabled and to direct the state fire marshal to adopt by rule a description of the access and clearance needed for a bed to comply with the requirement.
