       Introduced  by  Sen.  GOLDEN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation
       AN ACT relating to waiving certain income requirements for a  commercial
         food fishing license
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. The commissioner of the department of environmental conver-
    2  sation is hereby authorized to waive the income eligibility requirements
    3  set forth in section 13-0328 of the environmental conservation  law  and
    4  to  issue  a commercial food fishing license pursuant to section 13-0335
    5  of such law to retired Naval First Class Petty Officer Kevin  Lynch,  if
    6  the  commissioner  is  satisfied that such applicant otherwise satisfies
    7  all other requirements for such license.
    8    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
