STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 6521 IN SENATE January 22, 2016 ___________ Introduced by Sen. PARKER -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Energy and Telecommuni- cations AN ACT to amend chapter 631 of the laws of 2008 amending the public authorities law relating to establishing a green residential building grant program, in relation to extending the application period for such grant program The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 631 of the laws of 2008, amending the 2 public authorities law relating to establishing a green residential 3 building grant program is amended to read as follows: 4 § 3. This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that 5 the New York state energy research and development authority shall not 6 accept any application for a grant from a qualified owner under the 7 green residential building program established pursuant to section 1872 8 of the public authorities law, as added by section two of this act, 9 after October 31, [2013] 2018. 10 § 2.
