       Introduced  by Sen. FLANAGAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Education
       AN ACT directing that certain provisions of  law  shall  also  apply  to
         special act school districts and certain other institutions
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, part BB of chapter
    2  57 of the laws of 2013 shall also apply to special act school  districts
    3  and any institution subject to article 85 of the education law.
    4    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
        EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
