GRIFFO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to establishing psychedelic phenethylamine, as a Schedule I hallucinogenic controlled substance THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Subdivision (d) of Schedule I of section 3306 of the public 2 health law is amended by adding a new paragraph 33 to read as follows: 3 (33) 4-ETHYL-2,5-DIMETHOXYPHENETHYLAMINE. SOME TRADE OR OTHER NAMES: 4 PSYCHEDELIC PHENETHYLAMINE, EUROPA; 2C-E. 5 S 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall 6 have become a law.
