          and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Health

        AN ACT  expanding  eligibility  for  a  COVID-19  vaccine  to  residents
          employed outside of New York

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Every resident of New York state who is eligible to receive
     2  a COVID-19 vaccine based on his or her place of employment or occupation
     3  shall be eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine  regardless  of  whether
     4  such  New  York  state  resident is employed outside of the state of New
     5  York.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
