        Introduced  by  Sen. WALCZYK -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Transportation

        AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to  the  allow-
          able  dimensions  and  weights  of  vehicles traveling on highways and
          bridges

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Subdivision  16 of section 385 of the vehicle and traffic
     2  law is amended by adding a new paragraph (jj) to read as follows:
     3    (jj) Over a route extending from the Ogdensburg Prescott International
     4  Bridge, proceeding south to New York state route 37, and then  southwest
     5  along  route  37,  continuing northwest along Ford Street Extension/Ford
     6  Street, to the Port of  Ogdensburg,  a  distance  of  approximately  1.7
     7  miles.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
