       AN ACT to amend the local finance law, in relation to  the  issuance  of
         bonds to finance airport improvements at the East Hampton Airport
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Paragraph a of section 11.00 of the local  finance  law  is
    2  amended by adding a new subdivision 14-a to read as follows:
    3    14-A.  AIRPORT  CONSTRUCTION  AND  IMPROVEMENT  OF  THE  EAST  HAMPTON
    4  AIRPORT. THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION,  OR  EXTENSION  OF  THE  EAST
    5  HAMPTON  AIRPORT,  WHETHER OR NOT INCLUDING BUILDINGS, HANGARS, RUNWAYS,
    6  TAXI-STRIPS, PAVED AREAS, GRADING, FILLING, DRAINAGE, OTHER  SITE  WORK,
    7  ORIGINAL  FURNISHINGS,  EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY OR APPARATUS, THIRTY YEARS;
    8  THE ACQUISITION OR REPLACEMENT OF SUCH EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY  OR  APPARA-
    9  TUS, THIRTY YEARS.
   10    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
